what is "netiquette"?
Network etiquette, or the set of informal rules of behavior that have evolved in Cyberspace, including the internet and online services.
I think "netiquette" is a good idea. When people are communicating online they should show the same respect and manners they would when communicating face to face (in most cases)

Web 2.0 is a term describing the trend in the use of World Wide Web technology and web design that aims to enhance creativity, information sharing, and, most notably, collaboration among users. These concepts have led to the development and evolution of web-based communities and hosted services, such as social-networking sites, wikis, blogs, and folksonomies.
3) what is social networking?
The idea of a social network is that uses are invited to create thier own page about the associated website, adding information about themselves, perhaps uploading photos and videos, and then sharing this with online contacts by connecting their profile with those of others.
4) How do photo sharing websites work?
Photo sharing is the publishing or transfer of a user's digital photos online, thus enabling the user to share them with others (whether publicly or privately). This functionality is provided through both websites and applications that facilitate the upload and display of images. The term can also be loosely applied to the use of online photo galleries that are setup and managed by individual users, including photoblogs.
5) What are some useful strategies for preserving privacy when using the internet?
Using password protection, limit who has access to your profile, don't post any information that you would not want others to read, keep valuable data such as credit card numbers, and phone number and home address private.
